Black Falls, LLC's founder and Principal Roshay Reddy graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and received his Masters of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.  Mr. Reddy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with over fifteen years of tax compliance, financial accounting, and managerial consulting experience.​
